Orders will be despatched within 4 days of receipt, subject to payment and the item being in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock we will advise you of the estimated delivery date.

Postage and packing charges for all UK orders dispatched directly by Parchment are dependent upon the weight of the specific item. Products are categorised into alphabetical ’bands’, ranging from A to F. So the price starts off at £2.95 right through to £10.00. The charges also rely on your location, UK deliveries would cost less compared to ones in Europe or anywhere else worldwide. UK Mainland orders over £50.00 are delivered for free(with the exception of NEXT DAY delivery).

If you require NEXT DAY delivery, be sure to place your order before 12 Noon to guarantee that it gets to you the following day. This option costs £6.95.

Orders will be sent by first Class Royal Mail, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. Special delivery is advised for orders placed less than 10 days before a Special Occasion. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive before noon next day. If your order is despatched on a Friday the delivery is guaranteed for Monday not Saturday.
